Self-Signed Certificate for IIS7 - Generated from Ubuntu for control over common name

So, I didn't want to bother installing OpenSSL on the box that I'll need this cert only temporarily, so here is how to generate it using openssl on Linux.
Create the private key:
openssl genrsa -out server.key 2048
Create the certificate signing request:
openssl req -new -key server.key -out server.csr
Sign the certificate signing request, and generate the certificate:
openssl x509 -req -days 3650 -in server.csr -signkey server.key -out server.crt
Export the Certificate in pfx format:
openssl pkcs12 -export -in server.crt -inkey server.key -out server.pfx
To review the certificate:
openssl req -text -noout -in server.csr
Import the pfx Cert using IIS7 Manager.
